Playful
Stimulate those happiness chemicals!
Let out a great guffaw:
Find jokes and plays and comedies
To activate your laughing jaw!
Loosen all those “shoulds” and “musts”,
- Relax, and keep things light!
Smile and smirk and giggle
At the reasons you're not right!
Push aside that sternness
With your funny elbow bone,
Amuse yourself and others
With a playful humorous tone.
Joke your way out of everything
Create wittiness and jest
Infect yourself and everyone
With hearty, comedic zest!
