Louise

"Louise" is an elderly lady of 78 years who had to have her entire stomach removed in September 1999 because of cancer. Prior to this she had suffered from bronchitis and pneumonia on many occasions over the years and was diagnosed with emphysema in 1991. Louise comes for EFT every 8 to 10 weeks, and has so far had 8 courses of therapy, the last one being in November 2000.

Louise feels that every time she comes for EFT she experiences positive changes in herself at some level. She is much stronger than she was a year ago, has managed to gain some weight - which is remarkable after this type of surgery, and is much more energetic with better stamina. The therapy has helped to diminish the chronic pain that accompanies this type of operation. In addition, her bowels are digesting food much better than they were last year, although she still experiences nausea after eating. Louise's emphysema is very bad and so is difficult to improve, but Louise feels that her breathing is still better following the treatments. She intends to continue having EFT on a regular basis, to help strengthen her health and support her immune system as much as she can.
