Barbara

"Barbara" came for treatment in July and September 2000 because she had recently had a "borderline" result in her recent cervical smear test. She was also suffering facial acne, which she had had for over 20 years - ever since her mother died unexpectedly while Barbara was away on holiday when she was in her early 20's. She felt dreadfully guilty that she had not been with her mother at the time of her death and was very upset imagining how frightening it must have been for her.

Both the treatments enabled Barbara to let go of a great deal of the tension that was impeding the flow of her energy in many locations. Particularly prominent was the congestion of the channels around her face, neck and shoulders and the depleted flow into her pelvic region. For several days during the second course of treatment the liver (which stores feelings of suppressed anger and irritability) was especially active, releasing large amounts of trapped energy. By the end of each course, her energy flow was significantly improved and Barbara felt very tired as a result of the energetic adjustments taking place.

There was a was a marked improvement in Barbara's acne for 2 months after the first course of treatment, but it started to return just before the second course and has remained problematical since. It would undoubtedly benefit from further treatment by helping Barbara heal the emotional distress underpinning this uncomfortable condition. Barbara hopes to return for more treatment with this in mind, as soon as it is practical for her to do so. More importantly, the cervical smear test was repeated 2 months after the last EFT and a delighted and relieved Barbara was given the all clear.
