Animals: Magic

Magic had been rescued by a local animal charity and had been suffering from a chronic nasal infection and sinusitis for 4 months when she first came for EFT. The infection would become so bad that she would often decorate the walls of her accommodation with the thick green discharge she was sneezing out! Antibiotics had previously helped to eliminate the infection temporarily, but shortly after they had finished she would soon begin to sneeze the same unpleasant discharge again. A lovely, gentle affectionate character, Magic would easily have found a new home quickly if it hadn't been for this socially unacceptable affliction. Even when she was having good days and wasn't sneezing, the noise of her snorting and wheezing as she tried to breathe through the occluded nose was enough to frighten the neighbours!

Over the course of her treatment with EFT Magic gained weight, the intensity of the sneezing diminished significantly and her nasal discharge became clear. She had radiography in February 2001 to check the status of her sinuses and this revealed soft tissue changes reflecting the length of time the nasal chambers had been inflamed. Magic has not required any medical treatment since starting the EFT and remains very well in herself and in very good condition.
